Not a government website

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the Government of Canada, the Parole Board of Canada, the RCMP, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the FBI or any other government agency.

Not legal advice

Nothing on this site is legal advice. Federal Pardons And Waiver Services is not a law firm. If you need legal advice about your situation, speak to a lawyer or a legal aid clinic.

You can apply yourself

You do not need a company to apply for a record suspension. The Parole Board of Canada accepts applications directly, and its application fee is $50. Its official guide and forms are free. The same is true of U.S. entry waivers and Canadian criminal rehabilitation: you can apply directly to the government concerned.

No guarantees

Eligibility results are estimates based on your answers. No one can guarantee that a government agency will approve an application.
